About This Web SiteHow We Maintain the Site
This web site, like many aspects of the church is maintained by volunteers (actually one volunteer). We are using IBM's
Rational Application Developer Version 7. That tooling makes it easy to keep the site consistent and well organized (at least that's our intention).
We are dependant on people involved in ministry in the church sending us the information to post on the site. We do not have the time available to investigate and report on the activities and projects of the church, but simply use sources like the weekly bulletin as sources of information.Information regarding submissions to
this website.
All text submissions to the
website must be in electronic format (e-mail, or on
diskette). While I am an excellent typist ;-) it will greatly
expedite your submission by having it in electronic format. I
typically check my e-mail several times a day. webmaster@bereanmansfield.com
Photos maybe submitted on paper, however, if they can be
submitted in digital format, that is certainly preferred.
We reserve the right to determine what is appropriate and
what is not appropriate content and when it will be added to
the website and when it will be removed from the website.
We reserve the right to edit all submissions.
In general, the more brief the content the better. If a
lengthy piece is to be submitted, then a brief or summary
that would be used in front of the longer article should also
be submitted.
Photos should illustrate what is being written about in the
